Dr. Saadat is an in-network provider for most PPO insurance plans, including Blue Cross/Anthem, Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, and Health Net. During your initial consultation, our Billing Department will verify your insurance benefits to let you know exactly what fertility testing and treatments are or are not covered by your insurance plan.
Note: Our IVF Treatment Packages are cash-discounted packages and cannot be billed to insurance or itemized in any way. IVF cycles billed to insurance will be billed according to the usual and customary rates.
